Dear Susan, My daughter and I would like to thank you for your help, in all paperwork and phone calls you made on our behalf and for the way you took such care of *******.  The funeral was beautiful and we were very pleased with everything, thank the men for their care and attention on the day.  Thank you very much for everything, you have been wonderful in our time of need, you’re one in a million.
