We would like to thank you for all the wonderful care and attention you gave our parents while they were in your care and also for all the support and kindness to us and our family.  On both occasions we met to discuss the funerals you were so wonderful it made a dreadful time easier.  Your ready support, prompt replies to our queries and gentle guidance through the funeral process was helpful beyond words.
