We appreciated your gentle guidance and immense patience

Dear Ann, On behalf of my family, I am writing to thank Lodge Brothers and especially you and Sharon for all your care, guidance and compassion in assisting us with the arrangements for my dear Mothers funeral.  We appreciated your gentle guidance and immense patience at a time which is very sad and somewhat distressing. It was good to know you were always on hand to help us with all those tricky decisions and arrangements. Our thanks, also, to Duncan and his team of gentlemen who calmly smoothed the way for us and removed any lingering anxieties.  We are happy that everything went so well and feel our Mother would have approved of the entire day.  With many grateful thanks again
