Please accept our grateful thanks for the kindness, courtesy and patience shown to us from our first phone call, to the day of the funeral. The way you explained everything and answered our queries prepared us all for each step.
Thank you for organising the flowers, which were perfect. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. We would also like to thank Duncan, who rang us the evening before to allay any worries we had, and this was particularly helpful. The kindness and patience shown to us was very much appreciated on the day of the funeral as well.
