Dear Sirs,  We would like to say a big thank you for the way in which you looked after us, our daughter and son- in-law at the sad passing of our son. First to Neil, who was sensitive to our needs and the care of the embalmer who looked after ***** so well, and also a big thank you to the team on the day of the funeral, who helped magnificently with the chosen pallbearers, a large congregation, even stewarding the car parking; To Paul who with quiet dignity never left *****’s coffin and assured us at all times, even trying to sort out missing flowers, from my distraught niece. One again we thank you for an excellent service.
