Thank you for your feedback letter & card and the opportunity to thank all your members of staff. From the moment we walked in the door of your premises, to the collection of the flowers to be delivered to the Care Home in the village, we have been treated with the utmost courtesy and professionalism that you could ever meet. Thanks must go to Claire Nightingale for all her kindness and patience with us, nothing was too much trouble and it was a pleasure to have someone who could give clear and helpful advice. Our thanks must also go to a great team leader, Keith Hopkins and the whole of the team, who on the day of our Mother’s funeral were so kind, courteous and respectful to the funeral party.  We were particularly flattered by the kind gesture of walking the coffin from our house to the church. What was going to be a very difficult day for us was made so much easier by a lovely professional body of people, please convey our thanks to all of them. We would recommend G Boutell & Son to anyone as we know what a professional job they do. With our heartfelt thanks.
