Thank you for your letter of the 17th January enclosing my certificate of membership of the Family Funerals Trust Pre-Payment Funeral Scheme. I am very grateful for this opportunity. May I also say that I was very grateful for, and impressed by, all the help and guidance that I received from Ann, and while she was on holiday, from Jane, when I was setting it up. They made it all very easy and straight forward, for which I was very grateful too.
