We were so pleased with the way you looked after our beloved ******. All of our very individual requests were listened to in such a kind and thoughtful way. On the day I was so impressed by the style used by Monks-pall bearers walking in front of the car carrying ****** to the church. Generally the style used by Monks seems to stand out in terms of the way things are done on the actual day of the funeral. I am sure that some of this reflects the style of Mr Monk, the founder of the company-this is in the finest of British tradition
