My wife could not have been in better hands

I am writing to express our sincere gratitude to your company for the manner in which you helped and cared for my late wife and the attention and compassion your colleagues have shown to us over the past few weeks.  It was lovely that ***** was so near for our final visits and I would like to highlight the work of Steve Knight who led us through each stage and to Reg the funeral conductor and his colleagues who sensitively brought dignity to the day.  My wife could not have been in better hands and I thank you for looking after her so well.
