May I express my huge thanks, yet again, to all your staff with whom I came into contact both in respect of the prior arrangements with Sue and, most importantly, on the actual day. Your staff are an absolute credit to your company. Your staff guided us through the day with the utmost respect, reverence, kindness and peace. On what was a hugely sad day, it was a perfect and fitting end for such a lovely man who had lived such a long, full and rewarding life. I thank you so much for this. Your company has looked after my family for a good many generations. Apart from me, there is only my husband left in my generation and I hope that you will be able to look after us when our time comes. I would not want to be looked after by any other company.
