I would like to take this opportunity to thank your staff who have shown such kindness and understanding. From the moment I met Ann McMurray I felt at ease, she helped me with all the arrangements, contacting the reverend on my behalf, to the order of service, she made the whole process simple and easy. I know it is her job but it did not feel like that when I was with her.
