Dear Keith,

I would like to sincerely thank you for all your help and support during a most difficult time in my life.  Please also convey my thanks to Bernice who helped me immensely on my first ever trip to a funeral directors and to Peter who was so very kind on the day of Dad’s funeral. You have all been marvellous and I am incredibly grateful to everyone for making such a sad occasion much less traumatic than I imagined it to be.  Should I ever require the services of a funeral director again (but hopefully not for some very long time!!!)  be rest assured you will be my first port of call.
