Dear Pat, I would like to say “thank you” for your help and support with arranging *****’s funeral.  I have appreciated your compassion and kindness at this difficult time.  Thanks too to Carol and the staff in attendance on the day, especially Reg who was lovely and kind to me and the family at the crematorium and church.”
