I wanted to wish you a belated thank you for all your help and kindness organizing my Mum’s funeral. It was a memorable day for all her family and friends. This email was prompted by the fact that Ive only just opened the envelope you gave me containing a lock of Mum’s hair. That was above and beyond, Sue. Thank you. (Lodge Brothers, Hanworth)
