I thank you and your colleagues for making the last 2 weeks less traumatic that it could have been. You patient understanding of our wishes and your commitment to deliver them was amazing and very much appreciated. The service was a real celebration of John’s life and your colleagues played a great part in that, being so calm and understanding.
