I should like to thank you so much for the excellent arrangements for our mother’s funeral.  It all went off very smoothly. The personal support that both you (Keith Hopkins) and Jane gave us was very much appreciated and I really needn’t have worried so much. Thank you again for helping us through a very difficult period.
