I should like to take this opportunity of expressing my gratitude for all the help and consideration I received during a worrying time. The office personnel, Caroline and Kate, were exceptionally helpful and caring in ensuring I got the best available service suited to my needs.On the day itself the team, led by Paul, were very efficient, respectful and thoroughly supportive.
