Dear Robert, I would like to record my thanks and appreciation for the way that Lodge Brothers dealt with all aspects of my mothers funeral. The service that I received from you, from the moment Alistair answered  my phone call, to my goodbye to you yesterday afternoon,  was exemplary. I deeply appreciate the respect and compassion that was shown in every aspect of our dealings with you.
