I am writing to thank you for the excellent way you and other Lodge Brothers staff, particularly Richard, funeral conductor on the day, dealt with my mother’s funeral. Your sympathetic attitude and attention to detail made easy what could have been a much more difficult event. As a church of England reader who has conducted some thirty funerals I would rate your service very highly.
