I am most grateful to you for the care and support you have shown our family, in particular my sister, thank you.  From our first meeting you have conducted yourself with great dignity and taken every care to steer us through the arrangements with sensitivity.  Everything went perfectly just as you planned and Beverley conducted the day with care and charm, just as you did.  For all these kindness’s I am sincerely grateful, thank you.
