Dear Mia, How can we thank you enough for all your help in arranging everything for *******’s Cremation. We all appreciate your wonderful approach, such an expert in your field, putting us all at ease knowing that we had no need to worry and that all would go along smoothly as it did.  Bill & Kevin looked after us so well and our thanks go to them. Bill coming into the house to explain what was going to happen made us all so comfortable.  We thought ******* looked great in his coffin, just as he used to be, a great compliment to your staff, thank you to them, please pass on our message.
