I am writing to thank you for all the kindness, care and attention shown whilst helping me organise my father’s funeral.  Everything was handled with sensitivity and professionalism and Nicole in particular brought a personal touch to your dealings with us. The service itself was ably handled by Mr Malcolm Cook who went to great lengths to ensure a fitting tribute was prepared.  You have made a difficult time much more bearable so thank you once again for everything you have done.
