Dear Mr Lodge, at such a sad time for our family, we were so pleased that you looked after my husband’s funeral in not only a professional but also a gentle and caring way, giving us the opportunity of being part of the ceremonial at both the Church and the Crematorium. Your staff were kindly, courteous and quietly efficient, and gently guided us on the day itself – we as a family had never had to deal with a funeral before, and had no idea how to proceed. I very much depended on Keith who guided us on the day itself. If I may single anyone out, it would be Annie, who looked after me and our daughters, rather like a loving sister or aunt, and that made us feel very much an integral part of the day, sad as it was.
