Dear Mia, I just wanted to express our sincere thanks for the highly professional and caring way in which you, Richard and your team dealt with our mother’s funeral. In our time of grief it was comforting to be guided by people with experience in such a sensitive manner. Your team took special care of ****** on the day of the funeral, so much so it gave me the comfort to concentrate on the family. She too was touched by all the support you and your team gave her.  Thank you again.
