Dear Lyndsay, a big thank you

Dear Lyndsay, a big thank you, to you personally and all your staff, and of course to Robert Lodge for the kindness and caring shown to our family.  I know ****** was lovingly looked after and we were extremely grateful to you all for getting ‘that’ particular coffin.  You are truly professional but so compassionate at the same time, I guess that’s what your job is, but how relieved we were to have chosen Lodge Brothers.  (Lodge Brothers, Shepperton)
