First, may I thank you and your colleagues for all the work you did to ensure my mother’s service ran smoothly. I really appreciated your understanding of our specific music requirements and for your patience and helpfulness ensuring it was in the correct order. Indeed the Service went beautifully to plan and we even had sunshine that afternoon! Your Conductor Paul, who brought my mother’s coffin and welcomed us at Mortlake couldn’t have been more kind and thoughtful.
Thank you too for ensuring that the flowers from different sources were brought along too. You all made sure that the whole experience was as easy and pleasant as possible.
