Dear Alex,
I am writing to commend you for your wonderful help with the arrangements I had to undertake for my Mum’s funeral on Monday 20th April. Your kindness, care and attention to detail were outstanding. At such a terribly sad time for my family and myself it was so comforting to know the arrangements were in safe hands.
