Dear Lindsay,
I just wanted to say thank you for all your help arranging Dad’s funeral. I know it’s your job but you made a horrible time for us easier. Your care and consideration towards not only us but to Dad too, anytime we had a question concerning the arrangements you answered quickly which really helped us to know it was all being handled and we weren’t forgotten.
You are caring, considerate and professional and you’ve got a heart of gold, you have been such a help to me personally, you always have the right words to help comfort me. I will miss our conversations as I always felt better after talking to you.
