On behalf of the family, I would like to convey our sincere gratitude for your help with the arrangements for our grandmother’s funeral. Our family are deeply indebted to you and Carol for guiding us through the process with such efficiency, professionalism and hard work. The day went smoothly without a hitch for which we are extremely grateful. Lastly, a special mention of appreciation to the lads whose composure gave us the needed peace of mind and calmness to tackle the day and responded to my mother’s disability with compassion and understanding.
