From the outset, I knew I wanted to appoint Donna to look after arrangements for my Mum’s funeral. She put me at ease as soon as I met her and talked me through all my options, allowing me time to consider what I wanted to do, and offering support and advice all the way through, never putting me under pressure. Donna made herself available whenever I needed her and she became more of a friend to me, listening and offering advice when needed. She even sat with me listening to countless music tracks, trying to select what I wanted to be played at the crematorium. I always felt Donna genuinely wanted to help and do all she could to help me during what has been a very difficult time. She made things that little bit easier and I am very thankful for that. Donna is such a compassionate and personable individual and I felt comfortable all would be well looked after in her capable hands. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to manage arrangements and will be forever grateful.
