Dear Peter,
I wanted thank you personally and all at Lodge Brothers for everything you have done. We could not have hoped for better arrangements.  I would also like to mention that the Celebrant you recommended, Malcolm Cook, provided us with the most perfect ceremony, perfectly handled.  We have just received from him a transcript from the ceremony which is a lovely item to have to remember my father.
