Dear Claire,
Just a note to say thank you very much to you and  your colleagues for looking after Mrs J and also myself as the Minister of I**’s Service, last week. Your professionalism and understanding, right from taking I** into your care, through to the dignity and kindness shown at the service itself, was outstanding.  For my part, I would like to thank you for putting me in touch with the right people, ie the printer etc, and to thank the Funeral Directors on the day of the service for making sure everyone knew where to be and when, and for taking care about the entry music and the timing.  It is always  more difficult when you are working out of your own area and your colleagues made me feel welcome and at ease.
I would like to close by saying a very warm thank you to you all for taking such care with our dear friends – your kindness will help make the next step of her journey a little easier.
