Dear Sandra,
On behalf of our family I would like to thank you for the funeral arrangements for last Friday. Everything went very smoothly and David Netherwood’s conducting of the service was excellent.  It was of course a sad occasion but we were also able to express our appreciation for all Mum did over her long life.
