You went truly above and beyond expectations with your care and effort from the initial arrangement meeting, through to supporting L and the girls, when she visited P in the Chapel of Rest that evening.  I know she was apprehensive but you made things easier.  Your support for her, staying late after work and all round attention to detail throughout has taken away a lot of  pain at this difficult time.  On the day everything went extremely well and your men looked after us very well indeed.
