Dear Angela,
We just want to say that the whole devastating experience of losing N*** was helped so much by yourself and your Lodge Brothers colleagues. We are all so grateful for the kindness and professionalism we have received these last sad weeks from everyone involved. Please let Jonathan know that he did N*** proud and his words and choice of poems were perfect.  Please also pass on our thanks and gratitude to Paul and his team for, without their help, thoughtfulness and support, the day would have been a lot harder. (Their choice of ties was perfect).
