Dear Jane ,
Thank you so much for all you did towards making our day run so seamlessly allowing all to say their last goodbyes in exactly the way they wished, from the Star and Garter to the church and finally at the crematorium.
Please thank the rest of your team too for taking such good care of their passengers.
