Dear Susan,
I write to say how thrilled we were at how everything went yesterday.  We were so impressed with the respect and dignity that we received and the way that my beloved father was looked after.  It was very moving.  Special thanks to Keith who made such a special effort to put us at ease.  To Tom and indeed to you, all so efficient and professional.  It was faultless.
