Dear Donna,
Our family have now had time to reflect on Dad’s “farewell” last week, and all agree that it was the best send off we could have given him.  The compassion, respect and professionalism shown by you and your colleagues meant that we did not have to worry about anything on the day. Thank you Donna for “holding our hands” from start to finish.  You made a sad situation much easier to cope with.
