Dear Annie,
Just to let you know that everything went really well yesterday, and to say thank you for such a smooth journey for us all. It is (as you know) such a poignant time for the family, but with all your help and kindness throughout the procedure, life for myself and my sister was made a lot easier, left with the task of organising our mother’s funeral.
