Just a short note to thank you most sincerely for making Mum’s funeral go so well yesterday. All the family were delighted with how the service went and we thought you hit just the right tone throughout. We also received many compliments from Mum’s friends about the way the service was conducted.
Personally I really appreciated your collaborative approach to “designing” the service. Many, many thanks for giving Mum such a lovely send-off.
