Dear Jane,
Thank you so much for your kindness. We felt in totally safe hands from the moment your team arrived to take our dear Mum from the nursing home in to your care.
You have been so lovely every time we have met or talked on the phone, making this emotional time as easy as it could possibly have been.
Please extend our thanks to the excellent team with us yesterday. Victoria was so kind and thoughtful, and guided us through the protocol with calmness and warmth.
The tissues and flowers at the end were very thoughtful! We feel Mum would have been pleased with her Farewell.
