Dear Annie,
Thanks for all that you and your team did to guide us through the difficult time of arranging our father’s funeral. Your warm and friendly personality was a huge comfort to us when we came to speak with you, and your patient guidance through all the necessary formalities was fantastic.
The day of the funeral went so well and your friendly, respectful team were wonderful. I would like to particularly thank Paul for his gentle humour that helped us all so much as he guided us through it all, what a lovely man!
Thank you also for introducing us to Cliff, who did such a wonderful job creating a very personal Order of Service.
