Jacqueline I just wanted to thank you. I am sure I would not have arranged the funeral the way I did without your practical and caring guidance. The whole experience was surprisingly calm and everyone from the team were incredible. Everything was beautiful. I hope that I will be blessed to have the same care when my time arrives.
