Dear Andrea,
I would like to say on behalf of our family a huge thank you.
From the time that we met you to begin the awful task of arranging a funeral for our mum you were fantastic. You have been so supportive, kind, patient, compassionate and professional throughout the whole process. No task or question asked was a chore for you, you treated our mum with the upmost respect and dignity and we thank you for that. You went above and beyond to ensure that we were able to have mum’s wishes made a reality. You are a very lovely lady and an asset to the company, you made a difficult process more bearable and I am sure that any families coming into contact with you at such difficult times would say the same about you.
Our mum would have been so proud of us and thankful for the respect and sincerity that you have shown us all.
