As a family we just wanted to say thank you so much for all you have done during the week in the run up to our fathers funeral, you have been superb, you have looked after us all and helped us through such a difficult time. We have never had to do anything like this before, and it has been made easier by your calming and caring attitude towards everything you do, nothing seems to be too much trouble at all. We felt so looked after, thank you so much again.
