Hi Susan,
We thank you and the whole team who worked and contributed to making mum’s send off as pain free, dignified and just so personal as it was. I will remember the day for the rest of my life, but for all of the right reasons. If we had to do it again, we wouldn’t change a single thing. We can’t thank you all enough, the attention to detail has been exceptional.
