My mother and family would like to say a big thank you for the excellent service and support over the last couple of weeks.
From the time you collected my father, you showed professionalism with care and respect.
Dad looked so peaceful at the chapel of rest when we visited, even though this was an emotional time it was perfect. The service was first class, Keith Hopkins was great and the rest of his colleagues. He did everything at the right time with dignity & respect. Hazel Olde spoke at the service perfectly as though she’d known my father for a while, she made it a very special day. So many people who attended said how wonderful the service was and some said the best they’d been to.
We’d like to thank you also Peter for being so helpful and caring and for being there whenever we needed to discuss anything. Many thanks to you and the team for making my father’s day special and making the emotional day for the family go smoothly.
