Dear Jackie,
I just wanted to express my thanks and admiration for the way my mother’s funeral was conducted. It was exactly as she would have wished, so dignified in quite difficult circumstances.
We were all so impressed by the attention to detail and consideration offered at every stage, it was a very individual service, and the patience and perseverance and reverence of the gentlemen on your team was much appreciated, many thanks to you all.
