My family and I would like to say a big thank you for arranging my Mum’s funeral on 10th October. From the first lady to take my call, to the office team and all the staff in the background, all were courteous and helpful at a time when ‘we’ are not always at our best.
The addition of the crucifix for Mum helped her to look so regal in the Chapel when we said our last goodbyes.
These times are not easy, but your staff were most attentive. Our driver and Paul, who had also attended Dad’s funeral in February, added a personal touch, so pleasant and caring, a tribute to your firm – they made the whole family feel so special on the day including bringing the flowers to the venue, all without fuss.
