Dear Jackie,
I just wanted to say a massive thank you to all at Lodge Brothers for the outstanding service you have given to Dad following the sudden passing of my Mum. From the minute Dad approached yourselves you have shown kindness and support making it as easy as it can be to arrange things. The evening before the funeral, Reg Bye rang and spoke to Dad telling him not to worry all will be okay, and on the day the bearers we so helpful from the minute they arrived at the house with Mum for her final journey, to the very last drop off, also supporting her grandchildren and son in carrying Mum in for the service.
Your recommendation of Fr David Cloake was spot on, such a lovely man who gave Mum the simple but loving send-off Dad wanted.
